£95+VAT (£114 inclusive of VAT) – This is the price for one pallet to be delivered anywhere in mainland UK.

Once an order has been made you will be called to take payment over the phone, please have your card ready. If you do not answer the call we have the right to cancel your order. We aim to call you within an hour of your order if made between the hours of 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday.

We have more carpet tiles coming out soon, if they are out of stock now, do not worry, we will inform you when they are updated.

To keep costs and carbon down we use a third party pallet network to deliver pallets and deliveries are usually made on large 18 tonne lorries, so please ensure that your site has access for an 18 tonne vehicle and there is a fairly flat area to unload on – the delivery cannot be unloaded on hills, etc for safety reasons. Pallets will usually be delivered within three to five days of despatch, but you will be sent a tracking number to be able to track your order online for an ETA on delivery if possible. Pallets will be delivered to the boundary of your property or as close to your property that the driver can make it with their pallet truck. The driver cannot enter premises and the delivery would need to be on a flat, stable ground (e.g. not over gravel or unsurfaced ground or ground where there is a build-up of detritus) and not up any steps or ramps. The driver will drop and go, so you will be left with the pallet(s) and packaging – there’s lots of good reuses for pallets online and the shrink wrap packaging is recyclable at most major supermarkets with carrier bags. If the driver is unable to make delivery, then the pallet will be delivered back to their premises for you to arrange collection from there or to arrange redelivery – further charges will apply for redelivery and storage may be charged for any pallets stored more than five days.
